Locato

Locato Landlord.
Your rental paperwork, handled for the year.

Unpaid rent, repeated late payments, notices to transmit: when you manage dwellings, official letters come back every year. The plan includes unlimited certified sends with proof of receipt, plus all your documents in one place, for $99 a year.

Included in the plan

  • Unlimited certified email sends: demand letters, assignment notices, any lease document
  • Timestamped proof of receipt and PDF report for every send, conforming to the LCCJTI
  • Every letter template grounded in the Civil Code, filled in online
  • Files, sends and proofs centralized in your account
  • Priority email support

The math is simple

A single demand letter drafted by a lawyer costs $500 to $1,500. A landlord association membership runs over $250 a year. Locato Landlord covers the essentials (the letters and the proof they were received) for $99, unlimited sends included.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep full access until then.

Does the plan include legal advice?

No. Locato is a document-assembly tool and a certified sending service. It does not provide legal advice. For personalized advice, consult a lawyer.
